As a HR Advisor, you'll provide expert HR support to employees and managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering clear, practical advice on employee relations, absence management, and performance issues.
  • Supporting key processes such as service restructures, TUPE consultations, and policy updates.
  • Collaborating on recruitment, retention initiatives, and wellbeing projects to enhance employee engagement.
  • Acting as a lead user for HR systems like iTrent, ensuring data accuracy and payroll updates.
  • Working closely with the wider People Services team to identify and implement improvements.

You'll need hands-on HR experience, a solid understanding of employment legislation, and a proactive mindset to thrive in this fast-paced role. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel across sites in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and Lancashire will also be essential.
