On behalf of our client, a leading life and health insurer, we are seeking a part time HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR advice, support and coaching to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Be the first point of contact for advice and coaching for managers on the implementation of all aspects of the HR lifecycle, ensuring queries are resolved and guidance is given in line with our policies, processes, best practice employment law. •    Guide, advise and support managers on individual employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary, capability, grievance and flexible working cases, attending formal meetings where appropriate and escalating higher risk or complex cases as appropriate to the HR Business Partner. •    Work closely with the HR Business Partner to prepare materials and responses for employment tribunal cases, working alongside our legal advisers as needed. •    Support the HR Business Partner with key BAU people processes and activities, such as annual salary review, bonus calibration and implementation, interim increase process and annual benefits renewal.

Key Skills & Experience:

•    Experience of working at HR Advisor level •    Up to date employment law knowledge with experience of dealing with a full range of ER issues •    Excellent stakeholder management experience •    Experience in a fast growth environment •    Excellent communication skills and ability to influence front line managers •    Strong data analytical skills with an attention to detail
