Large and fast-growing professional services business based in Manchester requires an HR Advisor.

This is a newly created role due to recent growth and is a fantastic opportunity. Working alongside the HR Director and HR Assistant, this role plays a key part in supporting and delivering HR activity.

Duties of the role will include;

Recruitment:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate the interview process and facilitate communication with candidates.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with visa sponsorship and right to work checks.

Generalist:

  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR files on digital system.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist in preparing reports and data analysis related to HR metrics.
  • Researching and recommending performance evaluation methods (e.g. employee appraisal systems).
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
  • Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives.

The right candidate for the role will be;

  • CIPD level 5 or above is desired
  • Approx 2 years’ experience in the above
