Are you an enthusiastic HR professional looking to make a real difference in a vibrant and innovative environment? We are seeking a highly motivated HR Advisor to join our professional services client in a newly created, stand alone role.
The Role:
As the new HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire employee life cycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Senior Managers and Directors to enhance communication at every stage of the employee journey.
- Creating job descriptions and managing recruitment processes via our ATS.
- Carrying out right to work and other pre-employment checks
- Overseeing onboarding and induction processes, ensuring candidates feel welcomed and informed.
- Conducting regular employee satisfaction surveys and managing the probation processes.
- Ensuring the appraisals process is followed
- Developing training programmes to address skills gaps and promote continuous learning.
- Managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to managers.
- Working on any ad-hoc projects as required
Your Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar HR generalist role, ideally in a standalone position.
- Experience of managing the full employee life cycle
- Excellent communication skills with an open and engaging personality.
- Strong attention to detail and superb organisational skills.
- Proactive and diplomatic, with the ability to foster trust across all levels of the organisation.
- CIPD Level 5
