Our international client in Manchester is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team on a 3-month contract. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site and an immediate start

The Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and organisational development
  • Lead and deliver key HR projects and initiatives, such as:
  • Reviewing and improving HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Implementing new HR tools and technologies to streamline operations
  • Developing and rolling out updated HR policies and procedures
  • Designing and facilitating training programmes for managers and employees
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
  • Contribute to the strategic HR agenda, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management
  • Support ad-hoc recruitment needs, such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires

The Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an HR Consultant or HR Business Partner, ideally within an international organisation
  • Proven track record of leading successful HR projects and change initiatives
  • Expertise in employee relations, including complex case management and mediation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to influence at all levels
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global environment preferred
