We are seeking an Interim HR Operations Associate for our Human Resources department in the Technology & Entertainment industry.

Description

The key responsibilities of aHR Operations Associate candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Handle HR-related queries and provide guidance to employees.
  • Ensure accurate data input onto Workday system.
  • Onboard new Creators in their roles.
  • Support the Specialists, Senior Specialists and managers on projects.
  • Provide support to Creator throughout the employee lifecycle including processing of starters, leavers and changes.
  • Assist with the management of HR systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in HR projects to improve overall performance.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive company culture.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Operations Associate should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Technology & Entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to commute to Manchester.
