Please note: This is a 12 month Fixed term contract covering maternity, starting February 2025. At completion of the contract you will receive a 2k bonus.

Location: North-West, UK (Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington)This is a field-based role with remote working, requiring regular travel within your assigned region (typically 2/3 days a week the rest will be absed at home).

What you’ll do:As a Regional People Advisor, you’ll provide high-quality HR advisory support to people managers and employees, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience. You’ll:

  • Offer guidance and coaching on people management matters, including performance, absence, disciplinary processes, and employee relations.
  • Manage employee relations cases and sensitive issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolutions.
  • Support organisational change initiatives such as restructuring, acquisitions, and TUPE transfers.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Team to deliver training, action engagement plans, and support talent and succession planning.
  • Act as a Mental Health First Aider, promoting employee wellbeing and available support services.
  • Capture and analyse HR data to identify trends and inform people strategies.

  • A people management qualification (desirable).
