Our client is seeking a Temporary People Partner to join their team in Manchester City Centre, along with national travel to sites when required. What you'll do:
As a Temporary People Partner, you will play a crucial role in promoting the engagement of core values at all levels within the organisation. You will act as a point of contact for all people & culture matters in the UK, providing strategic advice to both leadership and employees. Your responsibilities will also include managing the functional delivery of all generalist people & culture activities covering multiple areas of HR. You will implement, manage and monitor People & Culture policies while delivering training on these policies. Furthermore, you will assist management and leadership in resolving complex employee relation issues.
- Provide strategic advice for all leadership and employees for people & culture matters.
- Manage the functional delivery of all generalist people & culture activities.
- Implement, manage and monitor People & Culture policies and deliver training on these policies.
- Assist management and leadership to resolve complex employee relation issues.
- Deliver People & Culture project outcomes in areas such as onboarding & offboarding, leadership, learning, development, career pathways, strategic workforce planning and organisational design.
- Support with provision of monthly reporting and analysis on turnover, headcount, diversity, and other ad hoc requirements.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Temporary People Partner role will bring a wealth of experience from a senior generalist HR or HRBP role. You should hold a CIPD Level 5 in People Management or an equivalent qualification. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. Your ability to make well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

- Degree level or equivalent qualification
- Proven work experience in a senior generalist HR or HRBP role
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Full UK licence and vehicle
