Business Systems/ Process Automation Analyst

Job Description

I am actively representing an expansive, multi-national business in Greater Manchester who are seeking to add to their team with a business systems/ process automation analyst. The company are going through an exciting period of growth/ digital transformation - this role will focus on the automation and improvement of their core business processes. The role will involve supporting/ optimising my clients usage of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), whilst automating processes; utilising the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools.

This role is office based in Central Manchester; with a modern work environment and fantastic team culture.

Role & Responsibilities

• Functional business process analysis, requirement gathering and mapping
• Coordinating with all core business units to understand processes and ensure optimisation/ efficiency
• Analysing ways to optimise my clients Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution
• Utilising Power Platform technology to automate solutions - creating Power Automate flows, developing Power Apps, utilising Power Pages

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in business systems/ process analysis and automation
• Skills in using & supporting ERP/ CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferable)
• Power Platform experience - Power Automate/ Power App development
• Excellent communication/ stakeholder engagement skills
