We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a professional services organisation. This is a strategic role that will shape how the business navigates and adopts SaaS / tech solutions and AI-driven change across global teams.
About the Role:
The most critical part of this role is the Doing we dont just require a strategist we require someone who can actively deliver the communication of Change.
As the Change Manager, you will design and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. You will build and lead a network of Change Champions across the business, creating tailored change maps and ensuring readiness for the transformation. Youll work closely with programme leaders, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement structured change management strategies.
Liaise with C-Suite and Middle Management
Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and ensure readiness.
Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver learning resources.
Lead effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders.
Deliver communication strategy
Build relationships across teams to identify and manage resistance.
Define success metrics and report on change progress.
Provide coaching to senior leaders and managers to embed changes effectively.
What Were Looking For:
Experience managing mid-scale change initiatives, ideally in professional services / legal sector.
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, APMG).
Proven expertise in driving organisational change and understanding team dynamics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Experience collaborating with senior leaders and influencing at all levels.
Familiarity with the legal sector is a plus but not essential.
