The Technical Lead role:

Leading on Architecture and solution specification and design patterns.
Establishing and implementing a design for the migration from SQL Server to a Cloud solution.
Communicating designs to stakeholders and project management
Ensuring solutions are created collaboratively and there is buy in across the function

Technical Lead - Essential Skills:

Distributed system engineering experience
Experience writing code, architecture definition and designing of solutions
SQL Server and RDBMS experience
Good understanding of C# including RESTful web services
