  • Experience of delivering a high quality, responsive, customer focused service
  • Managing varied workload with competing timelines for completion

Skills

  • Business process analysis and improvement skills.
  • Ability to capture and assess user experience and needs across the entire process.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and advocate for the needs of users.
  • User-centric design mindset to ensure technology solutions are intuitive, accessible and user friendly.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in end user computing and digital adoption.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of digital service design including end-user design, interaction design, user experience and business process reengineering.
  • ITIL Service Management practices such as incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management.
  • Know how to remove complexity from services.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of risk and issue management methods.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certification in areas such as Azure, Power Apps and Microsoft 365, security, compliance, and identity fundamentals.
  • ITIL Certification at practitioner level
