About the Role:

As a Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent technical support and ensuring their systems run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of IT environments, with the support of a close-knit team committed to your development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate more complex problems to as necessary.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals for new users.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the support process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Skills:

o Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common hardware.

o Familiarity with basic networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, Wi-Fi setup).

o At least 1-2 years of previous experience in similar role

  • Personal Attributes:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

o Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.

o A genuine interest in IT and technology.
