  • As a Senior Service Desk Engineer you will be ensuring that excellent customer service is provided.

The Senior Service Desk Engineer role:

  • The escalation point for the service desk team.
  • Carrying out open incident management to gain quick resolution on SLA
  • Stepping into a shift lead role in the absence of management
  • Mentoring and coaching the teams

Senior Service Desk Engineer - Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a wide product stack including AD, Citrix, Exchange etc.
  • Demonstrable experience working in service management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Ability and experience leading teams
