About my client

Our customer is a leading world class manufacturer of specialised cutting tools and have sites worldwide. Founded in 1973 they are an established business manufacturing thousands of parts for engineering and manufactures worldwide. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a new member of the team to expand their vending machine service team and provide excellent service to customers along the M6 corridor to Manchester and beyond.

  • Working with bespoke designed vending software
  • Resolving software/database snags
  • Repair and maintenance of tool vending machines
  • Ability to train others on tool management software
  • Fault finding
  • General customer service and support via phone, face to face or a remote log in
  • Travel to customer locations with UK & Ireland

The service support engineer will have the following background:

  • A motivated and driven service support engineer with a passion for engineering
  • Previous electrical experience preferred but not essential
  • Advanced Computer / IT skills including MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Current full driving licence as travel between sites will be required
