WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will provide 1st/2nd line support to our staff focused on our technical stack which is Microsoft focused; Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory and Networking that includes VoIP systems. You will join part of our team focused on delivering the best technical support to all of our colleagues across all sites.

1ST/2ND LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Previous experience in a technical support position
• Experience supporting Windows based infrastructure
• Knowledge and experience of Office 365
• Network and VoIP support experience
• Strong communication skills
