Salary: £100,000-£115,000 + equity and bonus
Location: Remote within the UK, with biannual global meetups
We are partnering with a cryptocurrency analytics firm that helps clients identify market opportunities, perform due diligence, and safeguard portfolios. The company is enhancing its strategic focus on AI and ML.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and manage AI models to process vast blockchain data sets.
- Identify key patterns and insights to support cryptocurrency investors in making informed decisions.
- Improve platform functionality to deliver a cutting-edge product to users.
- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of AI/ML models for blockchain data analysis, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI/ML models into the platform, enhancing analytical capabilities and user experience.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in AI/ML and blockchain technologies, applying innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI/ML development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML projects with business objectives and customer needs.
Skills and Experience
Required:
- Experience or knowledge in crypto/blockchain.
- MSc or PhD in a STEM-related subject with ML Engineering experience.
- Strong Python proficiency.
- Experience with GenAI or LLMs is essential.
- Solid background in classical Machine Learning and Data Science fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of working effectively with stakeholders.
