Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Design Authority for the Service Line within your domain expertise.
- Provide strategic guidance and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, offering trusted technical advice.
- Oversee technical direction, governance, and best practices.
- Contribute to bids, transitions, and large Managed Services accounts.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record as a Networks Domain Architect in a Managed Services environment.
- Experience as a Service Line Design Authority within complex accounts.
- Knowledge of contracts, commercials, and stakeholder management.
- Expert-level experience in:
- Cisco ACI (multi-site & multi-pod software-defined networks).
- Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, AnyConnect Remote Access).
- Enterprise Wi-Fi (Cisco WLC or equivalent).
- Networking Protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
