Our client a pioneering fintech business looking to grow considerably in 2025 is currently looking for a Head of Data. As Head of Data, you’ll lead the modernisation of our data platforms and drive the company’s data strategy as they transition to a cloud-first infrastructure. You’ll build and manage a data team, oversee data governance, ensure platform reliability, and collaborate across departments to deliver impactful solutions and innovation.

• Develop and implement a forward-thinking, cloud-first data strategy.

• Proven experience in data strategy, governance, and team leadership.
• Expertise in public cloud infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL platforms.
• Strong leadership experience, particularly in fintech or financial sectors.
• Ability to manage 24/7 operations and prioritise diverse projects.
