IT Service Delivery Manager – Manchester

My Client is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee key UK accounts, ensuring exceptional IT service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a technically minded professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at relationship management, and is committed to driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
