Your new role

  • Team Management: Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring effective collaboration, performance, and professional development.
  • Transportation and Ticketing Systems Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and integration of transportation and ticketing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • System Integration: Coordinate the integration of various IT systems to enhance efficiency and data flow across the organization.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all IT systems comply with health and safety regulations related to public transport.
  • Cyber Security Awareness: Monitor and address cyber security vulnerabilities, implementing measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on and ensure adherence to relevant public transport regulations and standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for transportation and ticketing systems.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects related to transportation and ticketing systems.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of IT services.
