The Role: We need an IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role involves travel within the UK and offers hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain system uptime & availability.

  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Implement cybersecurity measures and incident response.

  • Achieve Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.

  • Engage with stakeholders and improve IT processes.

  • Manage the relationship with our outsourced IT Service Provider.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in IT Network administration, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and device management.

  • Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance regulations, and Microsoft estate (MS Domain Management, Active Directory, Intune, MDM, O365).

  • Experience in IT Governance, Disaster Recovery, and project management.

  • ITIL knowledge.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Legal sector experience.

  • Achieving Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent education.

  • ITIL Accreditation is ideal.
