Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Business Systems Manager to lead and manage our internal and client-facing IT systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation, optimisation, and development of our IT infrastructure, driving business efficiency, and supporting our client's IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management and optimisation of business systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the company and our clients.
* Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies, aligning them with business objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system requirements and improvements.
* Manage the integration of new technologies and software to enhance business processes.
* Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing IT systems within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
* Strong knowledge of business systems, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
* Experience with IT strategy development and implementation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Effective communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or Microsoft certifications) are highly desirable.
