We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support the Operational Resilience team. This role is key in assisting with governance reporting, data entry for business service mapping, and scenario testing. You'll take meeting minutes, ensure action items are completed, and manage the technical administration of our resilience tooling platform. Your efforts will help maintain the robustness and efficiency of our operational resilience processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Administration: Ensure the resilience tool is operational, manage colleague access, and liaise with the tooling provider for system optimisation.
  • Governance Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting accurate governance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Management Information: Compile and analyse data to support team decision-making.
  • Data Entry: Input critical business service mapping data promptly and accurately.
  • Scenario Testing: Provide administrative support for scenario testing, including scheduling and documenting outcomes.
  • Meeting Minutes & Action Tracking: Take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Platform Maintenance: Maintain and update the resilience tooling platform, supporting analysts with up-to-date data.
  • Documentation & Records: Ensure accurate documentation of operational resilience activities in line with regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate smooth operations by working closely with the Head of Operational Resilience and the team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Basic technical knowledge of software tools (desirable).
  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (essential).
  • Experience with Power BI (desirable).
  • Strong communication skills, empathetic, with high emotional intelligence.
