Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who have responsibility for building and maintaining a range of enterprise systems so business systems and software development experience will be useful for this role.As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for delivering key changes to the system through the investigation, specification, and design of high-quality features & enhancements, using agile techniques. You will translate these into User Stories and acceptance criteria, while overseeing solution design to ensure alignment with business needs.Main duties and responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the successful delivery of your projects
- Product Ownership for a product/business area and maintenance of a prioritised product backlog for your product area
- Lead the elicitation, analysis and authoring of business requirements, collaborating closely with the product teams and business stakeholders
- Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit business needs and system requirements
- Document ‘As is’ and ‘To be’ business processes and system flows
- Represent the business requirements and agreed solution design during the system test, integration test and user acceptance test phases
The following skills and experience will be essential for this role:
- Good working knowledge of Siebel CRM (or similar enterprise CRM system)Â with experience of implementing new features into an enterprise CRM system
- Experience and understanding of Agile (particularly Scrum) and waterfall software development methodologies
- Experience of facilitating workshops and interviews to support requirements gathering
- Ability to write clear documentation, such as user stories, process descriptions, business cases and training guides
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
