We are delighted to be working with an industry-leading organisation in their search for a talented Business Implementation Analyst. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in management accounting to join a dynamic implementation team, driving projects and delivering exceptional results with the cutting-edge CODAS ERP system.

The Role

As a Business Implementation Analyst, you'll play a key role in implementing the CODAS application for new and existing customers. This end-to-end ERP solution is central to the operations of Energy and Liquid Fuel businesses. You'll work closely with clients, providing hands-on support, training, and documentation, while also acting as a subject matter expert to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading new customer implementations and functionality rollouts for existing clients.
  • Delivering end-user training and creating detailed documentation.
  • Becoming a CODAS subject matter expert, advising clients and internal teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement across processes and implementations.
  • Providing a professional and enthusiastic service in all client interactions.

This role will also require occasional travel to client sites, including trips abroad within Europe, offering variety and opportunities to work directly with customers.

About You

We're seeking candidates who can bring their management accounting expertise into a customer-facing role, ideally with experience as a super user of accounting software or as a trainer for new system users.

Essential attributes include:

  • Management accounting experience.
  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A desire to become an expert in a complex application and deliver client success.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.

Desirable attributes include:

  • AAT or CIMA qualifications.
  • Experience in the Oil or LPG downstream distribution industry.
  • Previous work in a software house or experience with project management or business analysis.
