We are currently assisting a Leading organisation in their search for Maintenance Team-Leader – Electrically TrainedÂ
This is an opportunity to join an already established maintenance team, and to join a company who have Sites throughout the UK as well as overseas. A company who drives training and development on site and pride themselves on a good working environment.Â
The Maintenance Team-Leader with support a Team of 3 electrical engineer’s and X2 Apprentices, reporting directly into the Maintenance Manager.Â

Shift requirements: Monday to Friday – Days – 8am till 5pm  - Early finish on Friday.Â
The Maintenance Team-leader’s role is Commutable from the following locations: Bolton / Oldham / Stockport / Manchester Â
Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Team-leader:Â Â
- Working closely with the Maintenance ManagerÂ
- Material Control – Making sure all Parts, Tools and materials are availableÂ
- Provide Support and resource on Project workÂ
- Carry out inspections and audits, provide advice and feedback and support as and when needed.Â
- Ensure Deadlines are met on PlantÂ
- Supporting permanent engineers as well as Contractors on Plant.Â
- Attend maintenance meetings as and when required.Â
Experience the Maintenance team leader will hold:Â
- Previous experience within a Team-leaders’ roles – Senior positionÂ
- Experienced within FMCG / Manufacturing / Heavy engineering environments
- Must be Electrically biased – Strong Fault-finding abilities.Â
- Hold Good leadership skill / Great Communicator.Â
- Able to use Excel / Power point / Word and Email.Â
- Must be apprentice trained – holding formal qualifications in electrical engineering.Â
