Salary - Up to £30000

Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm

Southam Selections are working with a Credit Hire company who are massively expanding and now looking for experienced FNOL Handlers who can join them in their new office by the Airport. The company are very clear on treating customers with the best care and service and delivering what they promise. Duties include;

  • Undertake liability investigations including speaking to all parties involved in the accident including witnesses and relevant insurance companies
  • Explain the company services and benefits ensuing client understanding
  • Undertake liability investigations including speaking to all parties involved in the accident including witnesses and relevant insurance companies
  • Discuss vehicle need/mitigation to ensure the appropriate vehicle is supplied allowing full recovery of hire charges
  • Consult with referrers ensuring speedy and accurate updates on the progression of new and pending claims.
  • Deal with inbound calls in line with Cogent SLA’s ensuring appropriate actions
  • Identify repair opportunities and conversion of cases to repair accepted
  • Manage pending files to hire or rejection in a timely manner to minimise the loss of hires
  • Appoint the relevant hire providers based on the requirements of the client.
  • Manage a diary and tasks to take actions promptly and in accordance with company workflow and SLA and with monitoring skill that enables recovery in full
  • Work with case management and portal systems, to accurately record, and update client data and inhouse systems.
  • Respond to all customer queries and understand requirements in a professional, welcoming, and positive manner to provide a customer support service.
  • Actively promote responses to company surveys and feedback on Trustpilot and/or Google to highlight fantastic service
  • To always produce any documentation or correspondence to the company standard
  • To achieve individual KPI’s and SLAs at set.
