- Handle new business enquiries and insurance renewals, delivering high-quality service that meets client expectations.
- Support Account Executives and other team members with technical and administrative tasks.
- Act as a key contact for client queries, maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal colleagues.
- Provide claims assistance when needed, ensuring all activities are completed within agreed timescales.
- Contribute to team development by supporting and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange market knowledge and assist with any client insurance needs.
- Ensure consistent compliance with service standards to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
- Accurately provide insurers and underwriters with the necessary information for risk assessment.
- Maintain well-organised records and ensure all communication is logged appropriately in internal systems.
- Protect client and company confidentiality at all times.
- Understand and adhere to internal company policies and procedures, including those related to information security.
- Carry out any additional duties as reasonably required by management.
- Remain compliant with FCA rules and industry regulations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service capabilities, including excellent IT and telephone communication skills.
- Commercial insurance experienced required
- Confident verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret information effectively.
