We are on the hunt for an astute Income Officer to join our Property department in Salford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing rent payments and arrears, ensuring the smooth operation of income management processes.

Description

  • Effectively managing rent payments and arrears
  • Conducting regular reviews and updates on rent accounts
  • Liaising with tenants to address income issues
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the welfare of tenants
  • Implementing income management strategies and procedures
  • Preparing and presenting reports on income management
  • Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of the department.

Profile

A successful Income Officer should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Property Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in income management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
