We are working with an international, full-service law firm whose incomes is more than £220 million. They operate in sectors that include Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Technology and Construction.

They are now looking to hire a wee are looking for a Billing Administrator to provide proactive administrative support to the Secretarial and Billing. This is a 12-month contract and the perfect opportunity to begin your career in company legal finance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Co-Sec team in delivering a quality service to clients, boards and committees
  • File opening
  • Anti-money laundering checks and client onboarding administration
  • Forwarding registered office mail
  • Updating company records on systems
  • Supporting fee earners with billing tasks and monthly billing cycles
  • Companies House invoice reconciliation
  • Preparing for Board meetings
  • Assisting with ad hoc queries and projects as required

Candidate Profile

  • Administration experience
  • Experience of working in a professional services business
  • Experience of working with systems and Microsoft packages
