CCP are thrilled to be partnering with a multi award winning home insurance specialist with their appointment of an experienced Insurance Advisor on a full-time basis. This new specialist division focuses on delivering exceptional service and market leading technology to consistently provide an outstanding customer experience. Do you possess strong product knowledge in Personal and Commercial Lines insurance?Would you be interested in developing your understanding of Non-Standard home insurance? About The Role As part of this exciting Insurance Advisor opportunity, you will reach out to referred leads to find suitable solutions that meet their requirements. In this fast paced and modern environment, you will ensure clients have a positive experience building your sales pipeline. You will work standard hours, Monday to Friday, with the option to move onto a hybrid working model once you are fully up to speed. We are looking for:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home insurance sales (Personal, Commercial or Non-Standard).
  • Excellent telephony and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to develop strong professional relationships at all levels.
  • Candidates who enjoy exceeding targets and in a non-micromanaged environment.
  • A focus on getting the right customer outcomes.
  • Able to work compliantly with FCA regulations and Data Protection Security Policies.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience of using Acturis broking system (highly desirable).
