- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home insurance sales (Personal, Commercial or Non-Standard).
- Excellent telephony and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to develop strong professional relationships at all levels.
- Candidates who enjoy exceeding targets and in a non-micromanaged environment.
- A focus on getting the right customer outcomes.
- Able to work compliantly with FCA regulations and Data Protection Security Policies.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience of using Acturis broking system (highly desirable).
- Basic annual salary of £26,500 - £30,000, with an additional OTE of £700 a month.
