You will live and breathe the brand, rep the product and work with like-minded people who are passionate about what they do.This is a 12 month FTC with an immediate start.  Merchandisers select the correct products from the whole international range for the UK market. This requires an awareness of trends, and you will produce monthly product and trend reports for distribution. You must also have an awareness of markets, competitor information and innovation in the market, and you will undertake a review of competitors’ activity in terms of product, quality, availability and retail support.You will support Direct to consumer (DTC) merchandising team, focusing on the Merchandising aspect of the team. This role will focus on carrying out administrative tasks to ensure efficient business processes are in place and duties will include:
  • Purchase order process management across all DTC channels
  • Ensure that all purchase orders are place on time and accurately
  • Reporting to the merchandising team on purchase order negotiations
  • Managing delivery tracking process for all DTC channels, collaborating with the wholesale team and merchandising team to ensure all products arrive on-time in the warehouse
  • Suggesting recommendations for products shipment modes based on lead-times
  • Responsible for executing stock transfers in alignment with distribution analyst
  • Lead by-weekly delivery reviews with the team to ensure DTC team is up to date with current delivery status.
  • Responsible for all price uploads for all channels
  • Conduct weekly price checks and amendments to ensure accurate pricing
  • Managing store communication regarding pricing
  • Maintaining product info; Article Set Up, Launch Dates, Visual Line plans, other changes throughout the season
  • Managing and maintaining product flow plans and campaign calendars with ranges and volume
  • Assistance with forecast uploading
  • Provide administrative support when needed
  • Miscellaneous seasonal projects
  • Sample management
  Essential Skills   Applicants must be-
  • Ideally, you will be a graduate of a fashion-related, business, or retail degree however all degrees will be considered
  • Computer literate: proficiency in Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint
  • Good analytical skills
