HRGO is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator for our client, a logistics and distribution specialist in the Trafford Park area. This position is temp to perm, so will suit someone looking for a long-term opportunity.
Job Title: Warehouse Administrator/Stock Controller
Hours: Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm (training will be 8-4pm)
Pay: £12.62 per hour, paid weekly
Location: Trafford Park
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all stock levels are monitored and maintained throughout the warehouse, highlighting any shortages
- Capture all warehouse activity and provide stats to management
- Ensure all orders have been processed by their designated time slot
- Maintain records of stock adjustments and provide weekly report
- Process customer returns
- Liaise with third party companies regarding deliveries and shipments
- Ensure swift investigation for any pallet mistakes or discrepancies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative position is essential
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Good attention to detail
