The Role:As a Graduate Trainee, you will be an integral part of either the Corporate Recovery or Property Receivership team working alongside experienced professionals to deliver outstanding service to our clients. This role provides an excellent platform to gain hands-on experience in a challenging yet supportive environment, with clear pathways for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:Corporate Recovery:
- Assisting in managing corporate insolvency processes such as liquidations, administrations, and company voluntary arrangements.
- Preparing statutory documentation and progress reports.
- Conducting investigations into the financial affairs of insolvent companies.
- Engaging with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and advance casework.
- Ensuring all case management and statutory deadlines are met.
Property Receivership:
- Supporting the appointment and management of property receiverships.
- Working with property agents, valuers, and legal professionals to manage distressed property portfolios.
- Assisting in the preparation of property reports and financial updates for lenders and stakeholders.
- Overseeing property disposals and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
- Maintaining accurate case files and liaising with key stakeholders throughout the process.
- Education: A degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and communication abilities.
- Attitude: A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in insolvency and property.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn case management software.
