In this high-octane role, you'll be at the forefront of connecting investors with premier off-plan developments across northern England. Youll engage with warm leads, showcasing the extraordinary potential of these investments. If you have experience selling high-net-worth UK developments to overseas investors, you'll find this role particularly rewarding.
Based in a vibrant, open-plan office in Manchester, you'll collaborate with an energetic sales team in a fast-paced environment where quick thinking and a proactive mindset are essential. Building strong relationships, understanding investor needs, and delivering tailored investment solutions will be key to your success. You'll thrive on closing deals and cultivating long-term client relationships through exceptional service and expertise.
The package
- Competitive basic salary range of up to £35,000 per annum (DOE and proven track record)
- Realistic and proven on-target earnings (OTE) of £80,000+ in commission however MANY doing way more, with the REALISTIC potential to earn over £100,000 per annum!
- Monday 10:00-18:00, Tuesday + Wednesday 9:00-18:00, Thursday 10:00-19:00, Friday 9:00-16:30
- 37.5 hours a week

?The Investment Sales Consultant role
- (High lead generation) Engage with investors who have shown interest in property investments through various channels.
- Conduct effective and persuasive sales conversations over the phone and through digital platforms to present investment opportunities, address client inquiries, and close sales.
- Demonstrate excellent personal and digital presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues across multiple platforms.
- Site visits, as and when needed usually once per week.
- Maintain accurate sales administration records using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on the latest market trends, property offerings, and investment strategies.
