Our client, a rapidly growing provider of funding solutions to businesses requires a Portfolio Executive to join their team in Manchester.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for all aspects of the client relationships.
  • Processing client assignments, schedule uploading and overpayment requests.
  • Client and debtor maintenance, including preparation of documentation for amendments and funding parameters.
  • Assisting in the new client take-on process.
  • Preparation of customer files for new clients.
  • System and bank account set up.
  • Completing Land Registry and Credit searches.
  • Debt Verification - in-house or at a client’s premises.
  • Maintenance of live files, including collection, processing and analysing of MI and bank statements.
  • Supporting Portfolio Managers on client visits.

Finance industry, specifically Property Finance, experience is highly advantageous and preferable, however it is not essential.
