Financial Services Administrator Vacancy - Manchester - £22,000 to £24,000This is very much an entry level role and perfect for someone who is wanting to join a business who have a strong track record of supporting the development and progression of their employees. If you have an interest in Financial Advice or you're looking to start your career in the Financial Advice industry then even better.As a Financial Services Administrator you will:
  • Check all incoming information relating to ensure its correct and complete
  • Contact the client with any queries, outstanding documents, or updates
  • Perform searches
  • Track receipt of required documentation and liaise with the Adviser and Administrator to ensure received in time
  • Chase the client for responses as appropriate
  • Ensure the prevailing databases and client folders are kept up to date
  • Make and answer telephone calls as necessary and always have a friendly and professional manner.
