Junior Data Scientist ( R )

We're looking for a Data Scientist to join an award winning, industry leading organisation that is going through a period of growth due to continued success!

This organisation solutions address significant business challenges for their customers, creating positive customer engagement which in turn, drastically improves wider communities experience.

Their flexible cloud technology is fully cloud based, highly configurable and integrates Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence with sophisticated web front ends.

You'd be joining a small but like minded and dedicated team that plays a crucial role in their data-driven initiatives, utilising your programming (R) & statistical knowledge to be a part of driving innovation across the organisation!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise R Programming to clean, process and analyse large datasets, extracting meaningful insights
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements & formulate new analytical approaches
  • Develop & implement statistical models & algorithms to solve predictive & prescriptive business problems
  • Get involved with the design experiments and testing to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of change across the business
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven dashboards & reports for stakeholders - enabling decision makers to access insights in a user friendly way

We're looking for someone who has experience in R. Either through self-study & a degree (ideally masters) or with 1-2 years' experience looking for that next step!
