An opening has arisen within their Catastrophic Loss team in Manchester, and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with catastrophic injury experience. They offer a competitive salary and plenty of hybrid flexibility. The Catastrophic Loss team is one of the highest performing departments in the firm.
Your new roleThis Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate position will see you handle your own caseload of complex catastrophic loss cases on behalf of a number of national insurer clients. Files will arise from RTA and EL/PL matters and will involve, but are not limited to, brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and fatalities. Cases will be valued from £250,000 up to multi-million-pound claims. Depending on level of seniority, there may be a level of supervision within the role.
What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with extensive catastrophic injury experience. You must have experience handling catastrophic injury claims valued from £250,000 upwards. Defendant catastrophic loss experience is preferable but those from a claimant background are encouraged to apply. This role will suit ambitious and successful catastrophic injury associates looking to take the next step in your career or senior associates looking to further their career.
