This Manchester-based law firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join its Commercial Litigation team as an Associate Solicitor.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload, including shareholder & partnership disputes, contractual claims, professional negligence and intellectual property disputes. The role offers you the chance to develop your expertise in alternative dispute resolutions, including mediation and arbitration.
About you:
- You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
- You will be confident in managing your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters
- A good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and the experience handling County & High Court litigation is essential
