This ambitious and entrepreneurial Legal500 Commercial Real Estate team and UKTop100 firm are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer with a proven background in commercial property law to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and rapidly growing team. As the ideal candidate, you will be personable, client-focused and ready to contribute to the growth and success of a first-class service offering to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with a varied and expansive client base across sectors, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • You will be tasked with developing and expanding client relationships, ensuring high standards of client service and satisfaction

Transactional Leadership

  • Oversee a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including investment, development, infrastructure, and lease management
  • You will be responsible for driving transactions forward efficiently, supported by a capable team, and maintaining close client communication throughout the process

Business Development

  • Actively engage in business development initiatives to expand the department’s reach and client base
  • This includes identifying new market opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships, and representing the firm at networking events to enhance visibility and growth prospects

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented real estate professionals, fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment
  • As a key figure within the team, you will support junior team members in their professional development, promoting a culture of learning, cohesion and excellence

Strategic Growth

  • Contribute to the broader strategic vision for the team’s growth and expansion within the commercial real estate market
