Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Provide top-notch legal advice and support, aiming for the best outcomes
- Prepare all necessary legal documents and contracts with precision and care
- Work closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure seamless transactions
- Support and mentor Paralegals, helping with growth and succession
- Stay on top of regulatory and statutory requirements, ensuring all files are in perfect order
You:
- At least 3+ years’ PQE in managing property cases from inception to completion
- A thorough understanding of property laws and title complexities
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience with ProClaim and Redbrick Case management systems is a plus
