Role Overview:
As a Wellbeing Counsellor focusing on EAP, you will play a vital role in delivering counseling services to employees facing personal or work-related challenges. You will collaborate with organisations to promote mental health awareness and provide proactive support through EAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential counselling sessions to employees facing personal or work-related challenges, utilising evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

- Work closely with organisations to implement EAP initiatives, including workshops, training, and crisis intervention support.

Requirements:
- Qualified counsellor with recognised accreditation and experience in providing EAP services.
