Candidates should have a proven billing track record and experience with EL fast-track cases, including portal work, and must be qualified or qualified by experience.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, along with a generous monthly commission scheme and additional benefits such as private medical insurance and enhanced maternity leave.
After the probation period, a flexible 3/2 hybrid working model is available, along with 23 days of holiday that increases to 26 days.

Employer’s Liability Solicitor – Fast Track CasesMy client, one of the Northwest’s leading Personal Injury Solicitors, is looking for a qualified Lawyer (or qualified by experience) to join their growing Employers Liability department.The Role: You will manage your own caseload of predominantly pre- and post-issue fast track employer’s liability cases. My client values tenacity, enthusiasm, and ability above all else.What We Offer:

Requirements:

Proven billing track record handling a litigated caseload.
