- A previous track record dealing with property litigation work at a recognised national practice. As a guide our client would expect someone with a minimum of 5 years pqe.
- Able to deal with cases from instruction through to the end of the litigation process.
- Previous experience of LEI funded cases or recommending reserves on cases to insurers would be beneficial but not essential and full training will be given if you don’t.
- Able to assist in business development and promotion of the team
- You’ll join an established litigation department with good quality work.
- Networking and client relationship building is encouraged and you will have ample opportunity to do this with support form the partners in the team.Â
- You’ll join a growing firm which is backed by a multinational insurer and has the resources to facilitate further expansion.
- Salary up to £67000 plus bonus.
