The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join at either Partner or Senior Associate level and will play a key role in the further development of our Employment Team.

You could be based from any of our regional offices, Manchester, Preston or East Lancs (Blackburn, Altham or Burley). However what is key in this is that you have the desire and ability to work as part of the amazing firm we've developed and can match our ambitions and culture.

The successful candidate will have solid experience across a wide range of both Respondent and Claimant work, supporting both employers and employees with a range of both contentious and non-contentious matters. You'll have the ability to demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent client care and interpersonal skills.

You will be able to work as part of a wider team delivering exceptional client experience and play a part in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues.
