Solicitor – Private WealthLocation: Manchester (Spinningfields)Salary: £55,000+Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid Working A leading legal practice with a nationally recognized Private Wealth department is seeking a Solicitor to join their Manchester office. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to work on high-value, complex cases in a collaborative and supportive environment with excellent career progression opportunities. The Role The successful candidate will advise high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, business owners, and trustees on matters such as estate planning, tax mitigation, trust structures, and succession strategies. They will also manage estate administration and contentious trust matters.Key responsibilities include:
  • Drafting wills, advising on taxation matters, and administering estates.
  • Supervising junior fee earners and contributing to their professional development.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on business development.
This role also offers opportunities to work on contentious trust and probate cases, as well as charity formation and tax planning. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have:
  • A proven track record in Private Wealth law, focusing on HNW clients.
  • Strong supervisory skills and experience mentoring junior staff.
