- Drafting wills, advising on taxation matters, and administering estates.
- Supervising junior fee earners and contributing to their professional development.
- Building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on business development.
- A proven track record in Private Wealth law, focusing on HNW clients.
- Strong supervisory skills and experience mentoring junior staff.
- A STEP qualification (preferred - or wanting to work towards)
- A client following or established professional contacts (highly desirable).
- Business development experience and a proactive mindset.
